Thanks for using website and the courses, tests and other services (collectively the “Services”) provided by Braive AS, located at Tollbugata 8, 0152 Oslo, Norway.

These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Services. By using our Services, you are agreeing to these terms. Please read them carefully.

Using our services

By accessing or using the Services you understand that Braive is not an emergency service and could not be held responsible if the service does not provide any effect on you.

Using our Services does not give you ownership of any intellectual property rights in our Services or the content you access.

Becoming a member

You may sign up as a registered user free of charge (a “Member”). After becoming member, you will get an option to sign up for courses/Services that require fees. To become a Member, you need to submit your email address to us, and create a username and password to be used in conjunction with that email address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password.

You must be 16 years of age, to sign up as a registered user of the Services. Individuals under the age of 16 may utilize the Services only with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian, under such person’s account and otherwise subject to these Terms.

Materials offered through the products

All materials and intellectual property rights (including software and content whether downloaded or not) contained in the Services are owned by Braive AS (or our affiliates and/or third party licensors, where applicable), unless indicated otherwise.

Audio or video content from the Services not explicitly indicated as downloadable may not be downloaded, copied or distributed.

Ending our relationship

If you at any time feel that you cannot agree to these Terms of Service or any changes made to the Terms of Service, you should immediately stop using the Service. If you wish to end your use of the Service, please contact us through [email protected].

We may end your use of the Service if you do not comply with these Term of Services. We may also withdraw the Service at any time if we give you reasonable notice that we plan to If you or we end your use of the Service or we withdraw the Service as described in this section, we may delete any information we hold about you. Nothing in these Terms of Service excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury arising from our negligence, or our fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by Norwegian law.

Links to third parties

Where our site contains links to other sites and resources provided by third parties, these links are provided for your information only. Braive have no control over the contents of those sites or resources. We will do our best to ensure that third party links do not contain wrongful information. However, we assume no responsibility for the content of websites linked on our site. We will not be liable for any loss or damage that may arise from your use of them.

Changes to the Service

The Service may change from time to time as we evolve, refine, or add more features to the Service. In addition, Braive, may temporarily or permanently stop providing the Services, or any features within the Services, to you or to users generally. These changes to the Service may affect your past activities on the Service and the features that you use. Any changes to the Service could potentially involve your Service elements being deleted or reset.
