These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of our mental health platform, which includes various tools and services such as journal tool, sleep logs, mindfulness exercises, video materials, and communication for interaction with therapists (collectively the “Services”). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these terms and our Privacy Statement.

If you are using the Services on behalf of an organization, you are agreeing to these Terms on behalf of that organization.
Service Description: Our platform facilitates mental health treatment and communication between clients and therapists. Note that Braive AS does not provide medical services.
Restrictions: You may not misuse our Services, such as interfering with our services or accessing them using a method other than the interface and instructions we provide.
Intellectual Property: All materials provided on the platform, including visual interfaces, graphics, design, compilation, information, and all other elements of the Services are protected by intellectual property rights owned by Braive AS and its licensors.
Registration: To access certain features of the Services, you must register and create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account.
You should be 16 years of age, to sign up as a registered user of the Services. Individuals under the age of 16 should utilise the Services only with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian, under such person’s account and otherwise subject to these Terms.
Your Content: Users may generate content, including text, images, and video, while using the Services. You retain all rights in, and are solely responsible for, the content you create.
Use of Content: You grant Braive AS a license to use, copy, reproduce, process, adapt, modify, publish, transmit, display, and distribute your content in connection with operating and providing the Services.
Certain aspects of the Services may require payment. We will provide details of any charges and how to pay when you sign up for these services.
