We are looking for a
Senior Developer with Experience in AI

Braive is on a mission to make it possible for anyone, anywhere to attain and maintain mental wellbeing. We combine cutting-edge technology with clinical research to improve both access to and the quality of psychological treatment.

We’re looking for developers who want to build human-centered, reliable, and intelligent systems, where AI is applied thoughtfully, to truly help people in meaningful ways.

What you’ll do

As a developer at Braive, you’ll play a key role in building AI functionality that is used in real conversations, with real people. This is not about training models in a lab setting, it’s about packaging AI into safe, robust systems that respond the right way, at the right time, every time.

All development at Braive, including our use of AI, is backed by clinical research to ensure patient safety and effectiveness. Braive’s research partners, and some of your future colleagues, include leading researchers at University of Oslo and KTH.

  • Experience with, or strong interest in, AI and large language models (LLMs)
  • Solid knowledge of cloud-based development (Azure, AWS, or similar)
  • Understanding of microservice architecture and distributed systems

Bonus points for

  • Experience with ML frameworks like MLFlow, HuggingFace, or Prompt Flow
  • Previous work in e-health, digital therapy, or similar domains
  • Enjoy complex problems and believe the best solutions come through collaboration
  • Curiosity and a proactive approach to staying updated with the latest advancements in technology.

What we offer

  • The chance to work with technology that has real impact on people’s lives
  • A passionate, cross-functional team with high ambitions and a warm culture
  • The opportunity to influence both tech stack and ways of working
