SEE.ME.
The purpose of SEE.ME is to help you create mental strength to deal with the challenges the digital era presents, and to build resilience by developing a healthy and sustainable lifestyle. SEE.ME also offers a meeting place for young people to discuss solutions to the difficulties the younger generation faces.A big part of what we hope to achieve through this initiative is to break down and remove the stigma around mental health challenges that often prevent people from seeking professional help. Work and Life in Balance
Learn to meet the challenges of a busy work life and equip yourself with the tools to regulate stress, achieve optimal recovery and increase your overall wellbeing. Many people experience high levels of stress in their workplace, whether due to deadlines, high pressure or conflict situations. Long-term stress is bad for health, and can affect all areas of your life. This program will not only give you the tools to manage stress, it will also help you find a good balance between the demands of a busy job and the needs of your personal and family life- and between effort and recovery. You will begin by mapping the main challenges you are facing at the moment as well as the goals and values you want to work towards. You will then be taken step-by-step through learning a range of tried and tested tools for reducing stress, including everything from HRV training and mindfulness to powerful tools for managing conflict.  By completing this program you will increase your capacity to manage stress and challenges at work, enhance your mental skill set and invest in your own psychological wellbeing.
Stress Regulation
This program gives you an introduction to a range of effective tools and techniques to recover from the stresses of work, family and daily life. In this program we will use Heart Rate Variability (HRV) training as a tool to aid the recovery and stress regulation of our mind and body. In addition you will learn several helpful tools from CBT, including how to postpone your worries, change errors in your thinking and identify the helpful and unhelpful ways you respond to stress. By completing this program you will gain access to a range of tools which will help you effectively deal with challenges and stress in your life. Please note, that this program involves using an app to complete your HRV training. That app costs 3.99US$ and is not developed by Braive. We have developed a guided breathing measure for you to complete the training, if you decide against buying the app.
Stress and Recovery

This program will let you learn about vital life skills including goal setting, stress regulation, mindfulness, and how to pick yourself up after setbacks. In addition, you will be introduced to techniques from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy which will help you understand stress, gain more awareness of your thoughts and spot and correct biases in your thinking. The techniques learnt in this program will be useful in areas such as work, family, social life and sports performance.
