About this program
The purpose of SEE.ME is to help you create mental strength to deal with the challenges the digital era presents, and to build resilience by developing a healthy and sustainable lifestyle. SEE.ME also offers a meeting place for young people to discuss solutions to the difficulties the younger generation faces.

A big part of what we hope to achieve through this initiative is to break down and remove the stigma around mental health challenges that often prevent people from seeking professional help.
