You'll start by identifying the most important challenges you currently face and the goals and values ​​you want to work towards. You will then gradually learn a range of tried and tested tools to reduce stress and optimize recovery.By joining this program, you will increase your ability to deal with stress and other challenges in life, improve your mental skillset and invest in your mental well-being for life.
Staying Sane through Covid-19
This program was created as a response to the situation that we currently find ourselves in. Many of us are confined to our homes as a result of the Covid-19 and all of us, confided or not, are anxious about how Covid-19 will affect our world. We are worried about our own health, the health of those we love and the population in general. Many have already lost their jobs and we all worry about how our societies will tackle the financial, emotional and structural consequences brought by the pandemic. This program is composed of various techniques that are shown to help us cope with worry and rumination through the COVID-19  pandemic and to ensure that everyone gets access to tools to maintain good mental health through this difficult time. The purpose of SEE.ME is to help you create mental strength to deal with the challenges the digital era presents, and to build resilience by developing a healthy and sustainable lifestyle. SEE.ME also offers a meeting place for young people to discuss solutions to the difficulties the younger generation faces.A big part of what we hope to achieve through this initiative is to break down and remove the stigma around mental health challenges that often prevent people from seeking professional help. Stress Regulation
This program gives you an introduction to a range of effective tools and techniques to recover from the stresses of work, family and daily life. In this program we will use Heart Rate Variability (HRV) training as a tool to aid the recovery and stress regulation of our mind and body. In addition you will learn several helpful tools from CBT, including how to postpone your worries, change errors in your thinking and identify the helpful and unhelpful ways you respond to stress. By completing this program you will gain access to a range of tools which will help you effectively deal with challenges and stress in your life. Please note, that this program involves using an app to complete your HRV training. That app costs 3.99US$ and is not developed by Braive. We have developed a guided breathing measure for you to complete the training, if you decide against buying the app.

This program will let you learn about vital life skills including goal setting, stress regulation, mindfulness, and how to pick yourself up after setbacks. In addition, you will be introduced to techniques from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy which will help you understand stress, gain more awareness of your thoughts and spot and correct biases in your thinking. The techniques learnt in this program will be useful in areas such as work, family, social life and sports performance.

Mixed Anxiety and Depression
In this program you will learn more about anxiety and depression and how you, through the use of various tools and strategies, can start to manage these symptoms. The program will take you, step by step, through getting an overview of your symptoms of anxiety and depression, identifying the main causes of stress and worry in your life, and understanding which of your strategies for coping are helpful and which are not. You will then begin using tools from CBT to find better ways of coping with your challenges through identifying your thinking errors, postponing your worries and making simple changes to your daily routines to promote recovery. Over the program you will learn how to make lasting changes techniques and develop healthy new habits for life. The program spans over 12 weeks to allow you the time needed to learn and implement the changes required to improve your mental wellbeing.
General Anxiety
Generalised Anxiety Disorder is characterised by excessive, uncontrollable anxiety and worry relating to all aspects of life. Often, the worry is unrealistic or out of proportion to the situation, and might eventually become so dominant that it interferes with daily functioning, including work, school, social activities, and relationships. This program will take you, step by step, through getting an overview of your anxiety symptoms and identifying the main causes of stress and worry in your life. You will then begin learning CBT tools such as mindfulness, worry postponement and guided relaxation to manage your symptoms and make simple positive changes to your lifestyle. Throughout the program you will discover techniques to make long-term behaviour change and develop healthy new habits to help you manage anxiety ongoing.
